Trevor Lawrence had a rough first half finished by one. Of his first 16 passing attempts, the Jaguars quarterback completed four to his teammates and four to the Chargers. The former No. 1 overall pick had four interceptions in the first half — three by Asante Samuel Jr. Lawrence. Fifth quarterback since 1991 to throw three interceptions in a playoff quarterBut he was the one who did it in the first quarter.
Lawrence led a seven-play, 47-yard drive that was capped by an Evan Engram touchdown just before halftime, but there was plenty of work to do in the second half.
